  • How do I log in to Kachingo on my phone without getting stuck on the loading screen? Open Kachingo in a browser, tap Log in, and sign in with the same email and password you used at registration. If it keeps loading, switch off any VPN, clear the site data for Kachingo, and try again on 4G or a different Wi‑Fi.
  • What do I do if Kachingo says my password is wrong but I’m sure it’s right? Use Forgot password and reset it from the email link, then log in again with the new password. If you still can’t get in, check you’re not signing in with a different email address than the one on your account.
  • Can I log in to Kachingo with Face ID or fingerprint on iPhone or Android? If your browser offers to save the password, you can use Face ID or fingerprint through the password manager to fill it in. Kachingo still checks the same account password, so biometrics only replace typing.
